They Egyptians are the ones who invented the 365 day calendar.
The Egyptians said that there were 12 months ( of 30 days each) and 5 feast days in a year. According to my sources, their calendar was only HOURS off of our calendar. Also, they had 3 seasons according to the stars that they followed. The 1st one was Akhet, when the Nile flooded. Then came Proyet, when the Nile receded. The last one was, Shumo, which was like modern day Summer.
